Ingredients
• 2 lbs boneless chicken, cubed
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 can crushed tomatoes
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 onion, diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 inch ginger, grated
• 2 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, and spices for 30 minutes
2. Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked through
3. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant
4. Add tomatoes and spices, simmer 10 minutes
5. Stir in cream and cooked chicken
6. Simmer until sauce thickens
7. Adjust seasoning and serve with rice
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro
